chore: clean up project directory structure

- Move audit reports (CHINESE_MODELS_AUDIT.md, REVIEW_REPORT_*.md) to docs/reports/
- Remove redundant pnpm-lock.yaml (project uses npm)
- Add .codebuddy/ and .workbuddy/ to .gitignore (IDE tool directories)
